Everything! From the PD panel to the resident panel, and the workshop on residency applications.Really made me think about where I would be most happy as a resident. The apparent institutional support for minority residents.I really appreciated the panellist stories regarding URM specific struggles faced in residency. As a URM in medicine, I constantly feel the effects of impostor syndrome, but for the first time in a long time I felt like I truly belonged. Hearing about the next step in our training from people currently in those positions who I could directly relate to.The opportunity to talk to program directors during the lunch breakout session was most invaluable to me.I enjoyed the paving the road for specially workshop because it really allowed me to think about my values, passions and strengths and how those all aligned with potential specialties and careers.Excellent Day all around!To think i was going to hit the interview road without today's prep!! Thank you! The interview preparation and feedback was invaluable!!
